Privacy Policy

Last updated October 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Eleista LLC, doing business as Eleista Publishing ("Eleista Publishing," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit eleistapublishing.com or contact us.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and anything you write in your message. We use it only to respond to you and keep a record of the conversation.

Website analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrived. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your approximate location, device and browser type, and pages visited. We do not use this information to identify you personally. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse.

Purchases

Our ebooks and audiobooks are sold through third-party stores such as Amazon and audiobook retailers. Those stores process your payment and handle your account under their own privacy policies. We do not receive your payment card details. Following a store link takes you to that store's website, where its privacy policy applies. Some store links pass through a third-party link service (such as geni.us or mybook.to) on the way, which may record the click under its own privacy policy.

How we use information

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our email, hosting, and analytics providers, and only as needed for them to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Eleista LLC or others.

Retention

We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and for our business records, and delete it when it is no longer needed. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics retention settings.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing ddtigner@eleista.com. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Utah Consumer Privacy Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, and we will honor those rights where they apply.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
